Drive effective sales to enhance Payments & Cash Management (PCM) penetration in the Commercial Banking (Business Banking) segment
Develop and drive a high performance sales and distribution collaboration model with customer group through provision of comprehensive product training, effective sales management tools, timely performance evaluations and progress tracking
Active engagement with the relationship management teams on development of strategies and activities to grow portfolio
Advise relationship management teams on market trends, competition, regulatory changes, etc. to help respond to emerging customer needs and opportunities
Produce MI for monthly performance reporting to Commercial Banking
Work with business and product development teams in execution of product commercialization plans
Provide appropriate responses to customer tenders within required timeframe and lead professional presentations where required
Assist to conduct regular focus group discussions with customers to ensure awareness of emerging customer needs
Maintain a close and effective working relationship with PCM product management, client services and implementation teams to ensure optimal value being delivered to customer
